Avnet and Supermicro join forces to deliver innovative, high performance solutions in Australia and New Zealand

Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), a leading global technology distributor, today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Super Micro Computer Inc. (Supermicro), a global leader in high performance, high efficiency server technology and innovation. Avnet’s channel partners in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) will now have access to a broad line of products, including blades, chassis, GPU systems, motherboards, networking solutions, power supplies, servers, server management software, storage technologies, SuperRack® cabinets/accessories and workstations.

In addition, Avnet partners can take advantage of Avnet’s integration services to offer pre-configured, fully-tested solutions based on Supermicro technology, which can be delivered to customers’ sites with certified shipping.
