Book A Taxi With MyTeksi

The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) has just launched the My Teksi services which include a mobile app for both iOS (Apple) and Android mobile devices.

Subscribing to this service, users will be able to get taxi services via smart phones and SMS.

MyTeksi app is currently available free for download from App Store, with its publisher registered as MYTEKSI SDN BHD.

Twenty taxi services and up to 8000 taxi drivers in Klang Valley at your fingertips. (EIC – We need something that will eliminate haggling over  fare prices though)

Currently, MyTeksi involves 20 taxi service companies with a combined workforce of 8,000 taxi drivers. It is estimated that there are about 27,000 taxi drivers in the Klang Valley itself.

Using the app, users are able to make use of Google Maps for indication of pickup and drop-off points, sending notes to drivers and analysing estimated traveling costs as well as search for locations.
