NTT Ltd. and Palo Alto Networks expand strategic partnership

NTT Ltd., a world-leading global technology services provider, and Palo Alto Networks, the global cybersecurity leader, today announced an expanded strategic partnership to offer a portfolio of intelligence-driven security products that will help clients minimize risk by reducing time to predict, detect, and respond to attacks. The new offering will bring together NTT Ltd.’s ‘Secure by Design’ services with Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma™ Access and Cortex™ XSOAR technologies and focus on intelligent workplace, intelligent infrastructure, and intelligent cybersecurity.

The ‘Secure by Design’ principle means being cybersecurity conscious at all levels of the business and building security into the solution, requiring compliance monitoring, application security, vulnerability services, threat detection, and incident response services, combined with NTT Ltd.’s service delivery capability.

These new ‘Secure by Design’ offers allow clients to seamlessly scale their own operations with a solution architecture and a service delivery model covering technology, people, and business processes. Machine-to-machine events and alerts filtering also helps clients reduce Mean Time To Respond (MTTR) and limit the risk exposure to threats.

NTT Ltd. will also integrate Cortex XSOAR technology into its own multiple Security Operations Centers (SOC) globally. This will facilitate improved service delivery for NTT Ltd.’s Managed Security Services clients. Service delivery will also be integrated into Palo Alto Networks’ clients requiring SOC modernization technology through SOAR. This will enable NTT Ltd. to focus on innovative development in line with market trends together with seamless service transition from client SOC to NTT Ltd. SOC capability, threat hunting, and detection services.
