The 3rd Annual General Meeting of PERTUBUHAN PENGGUNA IT (IT USERS ASSOCIATION) was conducted successfully on 24 August 2020. In line with the on-going RMCO SOP on social distancing for public events, strict compliance was adhered to at the AGM venue where attendee’s temperatures were taken and recorded before registration.
For the 1st time in SHARE/GUIDE’s history, the whole AGM proceedings were conducted digitally, with the attendance registration conducted using SHARE/GUIDE’s own mobile app hi-hive (sponsored by Silverlake). All AGM documents were shared online with members via hi-hive and SHARE/GUIDE’s website. Even the presentation of the 2019 Management Council annual report were presented via video presentation.
