NetAssist announces collaboration to deliver Fálaina Managed IAM Services

Estimated reading time: 2 minutes

Malaysia has been rapidly ushered into the digital age, together with the rest of the world, the cybersecurity threats increase and the complexity of data analysis and risk management expand across the organization, as does the need for robust systems that protect different types of user information and the data it is designed to access.

Once a subset of Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM) now sit in the center of Information Technology and digital transformation. IAM has evolved to deliver an agile, adaptive and centralized service that enables business innovation while minimizing friction and ensuring security and safeguarding privacy.

IAM tools are being applied to an increasingly complex set of internal and external use cases. This poses a significant challenge to small and medium businesses and enterprises alike on multiple fronts:

  • IAM services and solutions are evolving at such a rapid pace whereby organizations struggle to keep pace with an explosion of digital-first engagement models and remote work.
  • Many organizations continue to grapple with identity silos and technical issues with monolithic on-premises legacy vendor solutions that stifle innovation.
  • There is a critical shortage of cybersecurity skilled talent, particularly those with identity and access management experience.

It is the first truly Hybrid Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) in the region, and NetAssist will continue to innovate their offerings to help the clients to protect their assets in the most practical way. With its strategic partnership with Fálaina, NetAssist can jointly deliver the first Managed IAM Services in the region.

At the foundation of this successful alliance is our combined ability to deliver world-class Cyber Security Solutions with best practice consulting, technology, and delivery capabilities and create greater client value.
