The 2026 Oracle AI World Tour across 12 cities to date, have had keynotes that focused on how Oracle is baking AI and AI agents directly into its cloud infrastructure, data platform, and applications. All of this is so that enterprises can run AI in production with security, governance, and scale.
The headline keynote voice for the tour is Oracle co-CEO Mike Sicilia, usually joined on stage by a rotating set of senior product/OCI/database/applications leaders and local customer executives, which vary by city.
Today, during the Tokyo leg of its world tour, it was no different as Mike took to the stage. This event is positioned as Oracle’s flagship AI conference. The keynote itself may have drawn in about 500 attendees.
